Arcadia, Inc., a St. Petersburg (Russia) software firm, was founded in March of 1993 by Mr. Arcady Khotin to take advantage of the growing opportunities arising from Russia's move to a free market economy. Arcady Khotin had spent over 20 years as both software developer and project manager. He had also served as Software Development Manager for one of the first Russo-American joint ventures where he was responsible for supervising over 100 software developers. Mr. Khotin started Arcadia, Inc. after he recognized that, with the end of the Cold War, thousands of highly qualified computer scientists, engineers, and programmers/analysts would be no longer employed in the government or military sector.

Today Arcadia, Inc. is a united team of 100+ software professionals with 9+ years' experience in developing complicated projects for international customers.
